Web 2.0

We are sure you've heard the term "web 2.0". So what is it? The technical definition of web 2.0 is "the new generation of web development and design, which aims to facilitate communication, share information, and promote collaboration on the World Wide Web."

A more practial way to understand web 2.0 is as the new way of thinking how your business and your customers relate to each other. In this age of web saturation, going after your target audience is not enough. The intelligent apprach is to make your company visible so your customers can find you. Sounds easy enough, right?

Take a look at the the video below. It was created by Michael Wesh, Assistant Professor of Cultural Anthropology at Kansas State University. It effectively captures how web 2.0 is forcing us to rethink copyright, authorship, identity, privacy, commerce, love (yes love), family, our business and ourselves.
