Jose Batalla is Baxter Martin's President and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Batalla is a consumer goods marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in domestic and international business and branding development. Jose has served on both the ad agency and the client side managing external and internal products. His diverse strengths include a balance of strategic, analytical and creative skills.

Batalla is also a brilliant creative artist who leads the agency by example. In his continuous pursuit to set the next trend, this award-winner is focused on providing our clients with innovative advanced resources in creative design and production. The tremendous success of his work speaks for itself.

Currently, Jose serves on the Industry Advisory Board for Web Development and Graphic Arts at the Sheridan Technical Institute and the Industry Advisory Board for Graphic Design at Broward College. Mr. Batalla is also a Trustee of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce where he serves on the Government Affairs Committee and the Trustee Advisory Board. Jose holds degrees in Business Administration and Marketing from Albright.

Jill Kaplan is Baxter Martin's Managing Partner

Ms. Kaplan is respected as a dynamic leader with over a decade of experience in Arts and Entertainment. She is a Lifetime Member of Who's Who for Executive Women-Not for profit sector and has garnered a reputation for excellence in strategic planning, sales and marketing, public relations, fund development and operations.

As Managing Partner, Jill is responsible for overseeing Baxter Martin’s client relationships and leading the agency’s expansion efforts into the not for profit sector, Arts and Entertainment, and Public Relations.

Prior to joining Baxter Martin, Ms. Kaplan served as Vice President and General Manager of the Palm Beach Pops, as Vice President of Chabon Entertainment Group and founded Sponsor This! Jill has collaborated with a cadre of Fortune 100 corporations, national performance venues, regional festivals, celebrities and high net worth individuals.

Ms. Kaplan is currently a Board Member of Kid's@Home and past Board Member of the Florida League of Orchestras. A native of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan she holds a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University and a Master of Science degree in Judicial Administration from Denver University.

Jane Vicale is Baxter Martin's Chief Development Officer.

Ms. Vicale is best known as an event industry trendsetter. As a recipient of the prestigious Event Solutions Creative Director award, Ms. Vicale has shaped and reshaped how the industry brands itself time and again.

With more than ten years of event industry branding experience, Vicale anticipates where the event industry is headed and guides Baxter Martin clients to set trends; sometimes years ahead of their nearest competitor.

Jane is a member of the International Special Events Society (ISES) and has been profiled in the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, Biz Bash Magazine, Special Events Magazines, Event Solutions Magazines, the International Special Events Society and the National Association of Catering Executives. Currently, she serves on the boards of Women & Wishes and the AT&T Jeb Bush Classic to benefit Cystic Fibrosis.
